1. When transporting and storing HEPA filters, they should be shelved in accordance with the direction indicated by the manufacturer. Handle with care during transportation to prevent violent vibration and collision, so as not to cause man-made damage.
2. Before the installation of the HEPA filter, the clean room must be cleaned, wiped and purified. If there is dust accumulation inside the air conditioning system, it should be cleaned and wiped again to meet the cleaning requirements. If the high efficiency filter is installed in the technical interlayer or the suspended ceiling, the technical interlayer or the suspended ceiling should also be cleaned and wiped.
3. After the clean room and purified air conditioning system meet the cleaning requirements, the purified air conditioning system must be put into trial operation. After continuous operation for more than 12h, install HEPA filter immediately after cleaning and wiping the clean room again.
4, before the installation of HEPA filter, must be unpacked at the installation site for appearance inspection, including filter paper, sealant and frame for burr and rust (metal frame) : whether there is a product certificate, technical performance is in line with the design requirements. Then pick up the leak. (See Appendix VI, I) After inspection and leak detection qualified shall be installed immediately. During installation, reasonable allocation should be made according to the resistance size of each filter. For one-way flow, the difference between the rated resistance of each filter and the average resistance of each filter on the same tuyere or air supply surface should be less than 5%.
5. The frame of the HEPA filter should be smooth. The allowable deviation of the flatness of the mounting frame of each HEPA filter is not more than 1mm. And keep the arrow on the outer frame of the filter and the direction of the air flow consistent. When it is installed vertically, the filter paper crease should be perpendicular to the ground.
6, the seal between the HEPA filter and the frame is generally used in the gasket, sticker, negative pressure seal, liquid tank seal and double ring seal and other methods, must be the packing surface, filter frame surface and the surface of the frame and liquid tank wipe clean. The thickness of the gasket should not exceed 8mm, and the compression rate should be 25% to 30%. The joint form and material should meet the design requirements, the joints of the frame shall not have leakage phenomenon. When the double ring sealing strip is used, do not block the hole on the ring cavity when pasting the seal; Both double-ring seals and negative pressure seals must keep the negative pressure pipeline unblocked.
7, at present, most of the domestic filter installation is the use of sealing gasket installation, because the sponge rubber plate is closed hole type, with good air tightness, so it is generally used as a sealing material. If necessary, it is best to evenly put some glass glue on the seal. When connecting the filter to the static pressure box, the force on all sides should be uniform. After 24 hours, the glass glue dries before running the purification system.
